We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know that you may want to return items. That's why under our 30-day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Please return the product at your expense in an undamaged condition in the original box with all materials and package inserts.
If you require an exchange our returns center will be happy to process this for you. A copy of the original packing slip must accompany the return together with a brief explanation as to why the product is being returned. Alternatively, phone our sales hotline and we will be happy to take your replacement order.
Defective Items: If the item is defective, all US customers please contact Customer Services. Overseas customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a express mail and provide a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a trackable method of delivery as proof of postage. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. Upon receipt of the returned product to our warehouse, a refund will be credited to your account. If a refund is issued it will be for the original purchase price. If the returned product is not in the original condition we reserve the right to decline any refund.
